After 14 days, returns and refund requests will not be processed.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Sale items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you via email.

Approved refunds are processed within 5 working days.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
3. Exchanges & Replacements

Lost in transit (please allow up to 14 working days from the dispatch date for investigation).

Received damaged or defective (photographic evidence required).

- Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours with photo/video evidence of packaging and bottle.

In some cases, we may ask you to return the damaged product before issuing a replacement.
