Refund policy



At Élansor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we’re here to help.


1. Eligibility

  • You are eligible for a refund or exchange within 14 calendar days of your purchase.

  • After 14 days, returns and refund requests will not be processed.

  • Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Sale items are non-refundable and non-returnable.


2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you via email.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5 working days.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.


3. Exchanges & Replacements

  • We offer replacements for items that are:

    • Lost in transit (please allow up to 14 working days from the dispatch date for investigation).

    • Received damaged or defective (photographic evidence required).

  • Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours with photo/video evidence of packaging and bottle.
  • In some cases, we may ask you to return the damaged product before issuing a replacement.

5. Important Notes

  • All return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items returned without authorization may not be eligible for a refund.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring items are securely packaged for return.

  • Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours with photo/video evidence of packaging and bottle.
